Our first product Jaunt, enables locals and tourists alike to enjoy short neighborhood itineraries created by those in the know - people that live and work in the area.
Bachalaash, our second product was launched to bring an annual street festival that had been running for more than 20 years, online. We brought together 40 local businesses and enabled them to sell their products side by side online, as well broadcast a live music concert and fundraise for two nonprofits.
Bachalaash has gone on to be used by dozens of neighborhoods and helped drive more than $250,000 to local independent shops.

Our name, ‘causaas’ is a reference to a verse in Georgics. We believe the Latin poet Virgil said it best, “Felix, qui potuit rerum cognoscere causas”.
“Happy is he who has succeeded in learning the causes of things”.
